Granite rock on a garden path, ghost of a cloud in the winter sky
I am these and I am one, I am neither, a breather on a godly toy
A cosmic top, blessed and cursed am I, cursed and blessed I am
No one outside these hands tapping out words with a dull machine
Everyone who's ever lived, everything that's ever been, the need
To know more than a soulful second in some monstrous plan I am
Though I say I'm not, without a doubt, nothing rightly named, no
You cannot name the rough secret I am, that I will take with me ...
